Scope
Scope: This document stipulates the basic requirements, principles, construction methods, logo registration and use, and management and operation of the Albas mutton brand in the Ordos Ertok area. This document is applicable to the brand management of Albas mutton; Main technical content: 3 Terms and Definitions The following terms and definitions are applicable to this document. An Albas mutton brand product or service must have independent intellectual property rights, meet or exceed national or industry standards for key evaluation indicators, and have the ability to continuously meet the needs of users and related parties. It should represent a regional public brand that embodies the high quality and advancedness of Albas mutton from Ertok. 4 Basic Requirements Basic Conditions Organizations or units applying for the "Albas mutton brand" certification must meet the following basic conditions: a) Possess legal production and operation qualifications, and have a sound organizational or unit operation status; b) Have a well-developed quality management system and high-quality product or service standards; c) Have product quality standards and a foundation for inspection and certification. Preferential Conditions Organizations or units meeting one of the following conditions shall be given priority consideration for certification: a) Having received provincial/ministerial-level or national-level honors or awards related to product quality; b) Having received highly recognized brand evaluations or certifications (registrations) issued by government or authoritative institutions (e.g., geographical indication products, organic products, green products, etc.); c) Having won science and technology progress awards or been recognized as high-tech enterprises at the autonomous region level or above; d) Having led the formulation (revision) of national, industry, or local standards related to the products applying for certification; e) The pr
