Scope
This document specifies the usage conditions, basic classification, technical requirements, structure and selection requirements, testing, installation, operation and maintenance, marking, labeling and accompanying documents, packaging, transportation, and storage of electromagnetic voltage transformers for power use (hereinafter referred to as "voltage transformers"). This document is applicable to voltage transformers used in electrical measurement instruments and electrical protection devices, with a voltage rating of 0.38 kV to 1000 kV and a rated frequency of 50 Hz.
