Scope

This document specifies the requirements for users of off-road forklifts equipped with non-integrated personnel working platforms (PWP) as attachments. This includes non-integrated PWPs fixed to the forklift's forks. This document is used in conjunction with ISO 10896-1 and ISO 18479-1.
This document does not address the requirements for users of off-road forklifts equipped with personnel working platforms that install control devices that affect the operation or movement of the off-road forklift (see ISO 18893).
