Scope

YY/T 0292的本部分适用于制造防护器具用的片状形式的材料，这些防护器具可对达到400 kV的X射线管电压产生的X射线辐射和光子能量达到1.3 MeV的放射性核素发射产生的γ辐射提供防护。
本部分不适用于防护器具定期在使用前后的衰减性能的检查。
YY/T 0292的本部分规定了材料衰减特性的测定和表示的方法。
衰减特性以下列形式给出：
——衰减率；
——累积系数；
——衰减当量。
适当时，连同均匀性和单位面积质量的指示。
本部分包含了衰减特性声明值的表示方法。
本部分不包括：
——防护器具，特别是防护服的定期检查方法；
——在辐射线束中，分层衰减的测定方法；
——提供以电离辐射防护为目的的墙壁和装置的其他部分的衰减的测定方法。
