Scope

This standard specifies the compatibility test requirements and test methods for polyethylene plastic packaging for dangerous goods in liquid form and composite packaging with plastic liners. The test methods of this standard include using the items to be packaged or the standard liquids defined in Appendix A as the test liquids. The small-scale laboratory tests in Appendix B can be used to evaluate the similarity between the items to be packaged and the standard liquids.
