T/FSSJ SYNY003-2017
Basic Information
Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the relevant terms and definitions, quality requirements, production and cultivation records, sampling, inspection methods, inspection rules, sample retention and labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage for liquid-solid propagated mushroom cultivation seeds. This standard applies to the production, circulation, and use of liquid-solid propagated mushroom cultivation seeds. Main technical content: Quality requirements: 1.1 Sensory indicators: 1.1.1 Container for cultivation seeds: Polypropylene or polyethylene plastic bags, which shall always be intact, without punctures or cracks. 1.1.2 Sealing of inoculation bags: Sealing with sponge blocks or non-cotton caps, ensuring dryness, cleanliness, and appropriate tightness without falling off. If non-cotton caps are used, the distance between the top of the bag and the inoculation port should be 40–50 mm. If sponge blocks are used, the depth of the recess at the inoculation port should be 25–30 mm. 1.1.3 Substrate for cultivation seeds: A mixture of coarse and fine substrates, with sawdust particles smaller than 8 mm in diameter. 1.1.4 Appearance of cultivation seeds: Uniform growth of mycelium filling the container, white, dense, robust, tightly adhering to the wall of the bottle/bag, without angular deformation, high-temperature inhibition lines, desiccation, or deep yellow water droplets. No discoloration, antagonistic phenomena, or foul odors. The cultivation bags should be full and firm, with slightly elastic texture and tightly connected mycelium inside, free from mosquito, fly, or moth eggs, larvae, pupae, or adults. If necessary, observe with a magnifying glass. 1.2 Microscopic characteristics of cultivation seeds: Biological microscopic observation of the morphology of the mycelium of this variety of mushrooms, including transparency, branching, septa and distinct clamp connections. No other fungal mycelium or spores were observed. 1.2.1 Bacterial testing: Sampling and
