Scope

This part of DB34/T 1764 specifies the terms and definitions, overall structure and requirements of the standard system construction for property service enterprises, as well as the composition and requirements of the general basic standard system for property services, the provision standard system, the guarantee standard system, and the evaluation and improvement standard system. This part is applicable to the establishment and management of the standard system for property service enterprises. The requirements specified in this part are general. Different property service enterprises may appropriately delete and expand them according to the type of property and service characteristics. The deletion and expansion shall not affect the enterprise's compliance with applicable laws and regulations, nor the systematization and effectiveness of the enterprise's standard system.
