Scope

This part of DB34/T 1764 sets out the basic principles, methods, and procedures for the implementation of standards in property service enterprises, as well as the requirements for evaluating the implementation of standards and the evaluation of standard systems. This part is applicable to the implementation of standards in property service enterprises and to the self-evaluation of standards implementation and standard systems. The requirements specified in this part are universal. Different property service enterprises may appropriately delete or expand them according to the types of properties and the characteristics of services. The deletion or expansion of these requirements shall not affect the enterprises' compliance with applicable laws and regulations or the applicability and operability of the implementation and evaluation of enterprise standards.
