Scope
This standard specifies the specific requirements for aquatic product processing enterprises to establish and implement a food safety management system, including human resources, prerequisite programs, key process control, inspection, and product traceability and recall. This standard is used in conjunction with GB/T 22000 to apply to aquatic product processing enterprises in establishing, implementing, and self-evaluating their food safety management systems, and it is also applicable to external evaluations and certifications of such food production enterprises' food safety management systems. When this standard is used for certification purposes, it should be used in conjunction with GB/T 22000. The corresponding relationship between GB/T 22000 and this standard is shown in Appendix A.
