Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, raw materials, general provisions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for glass fiber-reinforced thermosetting resin spray pipes (hereinafter referred to as spray pipes).
This standard applies to spray pipes with a nominal diameter of DN40 mm to DN1400 mm, which are made of thermosetting resin as the base material and glass fiber and its products as the reinforcing material, and are used for slurry distribution in absorption towers of flue gas wet desulfurization devices in power plants or other coal-fired systems. Spray pipes for ammonia desulfurization can also be used as a reference.
