Scope
This standard specifies the technical parameters and ecological environment restoration requirements for the disposal of waste rock within the open-pit boundaries of surface mines that are converted to underground mining. This standard applies to iron mines in the transition period from open-pit to underground mining. The disposal of waste rock in other types of mines can be implemented with reference to this standard.
