Scope
This document describes the general requirements and measurement methods for measuring the electromagnetic parameters of solid materials using the free-space method in the frequency range of 2 GHz to 110 GHz. This document is applicable to the measurement of parameters such as the complex relative permittivity and complex relative permeability of uniform, isotropic solid materials using the free-space method.
