Scope
IEC 60364 的本部分提出的要求和建议适用于连接或不连接配电网的低压电气装置并能运行于：
——使用本地电源，和/或
——使用本地电力储能单元。
并且其监测和控制所连接的本地电源并将电能输送到：
——用电设备，和/或；
——本地电力储能单元，和/或；
——配电网。
此类电气装置被命名为产消式电气装置(PEI)。
本文件所有要求和建议适用于新建装置和既有装置的改建。
本文件还提出了PEI集成到智能电网时对安全、效率和正常运行的要求和建议。
注：IEC 60364-5-56中给出了对安全设施电源的要求。
附录B中提出了需要与电网交互的相关信息，以确保并网时PEI电气系统的稳定性。
