Scope
This document stipulates the general requirements, evaluation items, and evaluation methods for the grid-connected performance evaluation of wind farms. This document is applicable to new or modified (expanded) onshore wind farms connected to the power system through lines with a voltage level of 110 (66) kV and above. Wind farms connected to the power system through lines with other voltage levels may refer to this document for implementation.
