Scope

This document describes a method for measuring the thickness of the microstructure of optical functional films (hereinafter referred to as "films") in their cross-section using a scanning electron microscope (SEM).
This document is applicable to thickness testing of single-layer or multi-layer structures of optical functional films with a thickness of not less than 50 nm.
