Scope

This document applies to the express delivery services conducted by unmanned aerial vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "drones") with an empty weight of not more than 116 kg (inclusive) and a maximum take-off weight of not more than 150 kg (inclusive), and an airspeed of not more than 100 km/h. The drone postal delivery services shall be implemented in accordance with this document.
