This standard specifies the test and evaluation methods for the load duration effect and creep performance of wood and wood-based products.
This standard is applicable to the evaluation of the load duration effect and creep performance of products such as sawn timber, structural composite wood, and structural plywood. This standard is not applicable to the evaluation of the performance of products under impact loads, nor to the quantitative determination of the influence coefficient of the load duration effect and the creep coefficient of products.
