Scope
This standard specifies the performance indicators, limits of harmful substances, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of thermoset powder coatings for children's vehicles. This standard applies to the thermoset powder coatings used on the surfaces of children's products (including strollers, walkers, and other children's vehicles). The coating is mainly made of thermoset synthetic resins, with the addition of pigments, fillers, and additives. The coating film is flat. Note: Thermoset powder coatings used on cribs, stationery products, toys, etc. can refer to this standard.
