Scope

This part of GB/T 12613, based on GB/T 27939—2011, specifies the requirements for the inspection of the outer diameter of rolled bushings (inspection methods A, B, and D in GB/T 12613.2), and also stipulates the necessary inspection methods and inspection equipment.
Since the outer diameter of the bushing is elastic in a free state, but after installation, due to the differences in the outer diameter of the bushing and the size of the bearing seat hole, the bushing will greatly adapt to the size of the seat hole. Therefore, the inspection of the outer diameter of the bushing should be carried out under a constant load on a dedicated device.
