Scope

Scope: This document specifies the terms and definitions of geographical indication certification trademark products, the protection scope of products, natural environment, cultivation management, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and labels, marks, packaging, transportation, storage, and sales of Ledong bananas. This document applies to geographical indication certification trademark products of Ledong bananas identified by the national geographical indication certification trademark authorities; Main technical content: 7.2 Grade requirements: On the premise of meeting the basic requirements, bananas are divided into excellent, first-class, and second-class products, and the specific requirements shall comply with Table 1. Table 1 Grade requirements Item Fruit shape characteristics Color defects Excellent products Have the typical characteristics of the variety, no deformity, uniform size and fullness, with the size of medium fruit and above, and the fruit stem shall be left 0.5 cm to 1 cm. Must have the characteristics of the same variety. The fruit is fresh, with intact shape, green skin color, and glossy appearance, free from pests and diseases, and drug-induced spots; minor mechanical injuries are allowed, with the area of light injuries per bunch ≤ 1 cm2; the number of fruits with scars per bunch shall not exceed 5%; minor sunburn is allowed, with the number of fruits with light sunburn per bunch not exceeding 3%. None of the above defects shall affect the flesh quality. First-class products Have the typical characteristics of the variety, no obvious deformation, and the size of medium fruit and above, with the fruit stem left 0.5 cm to 1 cm. Must have the characteristics of the same variety.
