Scope
This document describes the main electrical parameter testing methods for high-voltage input power converter modules with DC/DC conversion functions. This document is applicable to the main electrical parameter testing of high-voltage input power converter modules (hereinafter referred to as power modules) in various electronic devices, with an input high-voltage range of less than 500 V. Other devices with DC/DC conversion functions can refer to this document for use.
