Scope
This document specifies the principles, instrumentation, samples, test procedures, test results, and test reports for the control of axial force in fatigue tests of carbon materials.
This document is applicable to the fatigue tests of graphite materials under room temperature conditions, including the calculation of the conditional fatigue limit, the construction of equivalent life diagrams, and the acquisition of stress-life curves. Other carbon materials can be used as reference for this purpose.
