Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for the infrastructure, safety management, hygiene management, internal affairs management, organizational leadership, team building, system construction, and service requirements of student dormitories (apartments) in primary and secondary schools. This standard applies to the management services of student dormitories (apartments) in ordinary primary and secondary schools, secondary vocational schools, special education schools, work-study education schools, adult middle schools, and adult primary schools organized by people's governments at all levels in the province and social forces receiving regular national funding.
