Scope

This part of GB/T 28221 stipulates the basic principles, service system, management committee, service personnel, service facilities, and service quality of basic public services in post-disaster transitional resettlement areas (hereinafter referred to as resettlement areas).
This part applies to basic public services in resettlement areas with a scale of more than 1,000 people and a survival time of more than 3 months. Other resettlement areas with smaller scales and shorter survival times may refer to it for implementation.
