Scope
This part of GB/T 28221 stipulates the basic principles, service content, service management, and service quality of assistance and relief services in post-disaster transitional resettlement areas (hereinafter referred to as resettlement areas).
This part applies to assistance and relief services in resettlement areas with a scale of more than 1,000 people and a survival time of more than 3 months. Other resettlement areas with smaller scale and shorter survival time may refer to it for implementation.
