The content of this chapter of GB/T 19212.1-2016 is replaced by the following: This part of GB/T 19212 specifies the safety requirements for transformers, power supply devices, and switching power supply devices used for energy conservation and other purposes. In electrical devices, energy conservation and other purposes are achieved by adjusting the output voltage and/or other electrical characteristics of the output circuit, without being interrupted by the transformers, power supply devices, and switching power supply devices.
