Scope

GB/T 5832的本部分规定了采用石英晶体振荡法测定气体中微量水分的方法原理、仪器要求、测定步骤、结果处理和试验报告。
本部分适用于氢、氧、氮、氦、氖、氩、氪、氙、六氟化硫、一氧化碳、氧化亚氮、空气等气体及其混合气体中微量水分的测定，不适用于对石英晶体有腐蚀的气体以及能与水分发生反应的气体。测定范围：0.1×10-6（体积分数)～2 000×10-6（体积分数)。
