This specification applies to the on-site inspection and quality acceptance of urban road maintenance projects delivered for use after completion and acceptance in the administrative area of Xi'an City. This specification applies to the on-site inspection and quality acceptance of preventive maintenance, minor maintenance, and medium maintenance projects of urban roads in Xi'an City.
