Scope

1.1本标准规定了一种测定塑料薄膜和薄片与其自身或其他物质开始摩擦及滑动过程中摩擦系数的方法。本标准适用于最大厚度为0.5 mm的非粘性塑料薄膜和薄片(以下简称“薄膜”)。
1.2本标准主要用于质量控制。一般来说，由于涉及静电电荷、气垫、局部温度升高以及磨损等因素，本标准不给出在包装或加工机械上加工性能的综合评估。
1.3静摩擦力通常会随表面接触时间延长而升高。为得到可比较的结果，本标准规定了这一接触时间。
1.4滑动性有时通过向塑料材料内加入添加剂而产生。添加剂与薄膜基材的相容性程度不同，可能迁移到薄膜表面从而改变其滑动性。由于这些因素依赖于时间，因此，此类薄膜的测试应与薄膜存放的时间相关。
