Scope
本文件提供了各种电气量的定义以及它们在非正弦条件下的关系,以便针对功率因数中的两个分量提供明确的信息:由基波电压和电流之间的相位差而产生的基波功率因数、与电压和/或电流畸变有关的非基波功率因数。本文件仅适用于单相系统。本文件适用于下列三种情况:--一般情况,电压和电流都是畸变的(第5章);--电压为正弦,电流仅有由谐波分量引起的畸变的情况(第6章);--电压和电流都是正弦的特殊情况(附录A)。附录B提供了关于基波功率因数的信息,用于描述设备作为负载或发电机的行为。
