Scope

1.0.1 为了预防农村火灾的发生，减少火灾危害，保护人身和财产安全，制定本规范。 1.0.2 本规范适用于下列范围： 1 农村消防规划； 2 农村新建、扩建和改建建筑的防火设计； 3 农村既有建筑的防火改造； 4 农村消防安全管理。除本规范规定外，农村的厂房、仓库、公共建筑和建筑高度超过15m的居住建筑的防火设计应执行现行国家标准《建筑设计防火规范》GB 50016等的规定。 1.0.3 农村的消防规划、建筑防火设计、既有建筑的防火改造和消防安全管理，应结合当地经济发展状况、民族习俗、村庄规模、地理环境、建筑性质等，采取相应的消防安全措施，做到安全可靠、经济合理、有利生产、方便生活
