Scope
This standard specifies the test method for the thermal conductivity of high-thermal-conductivity ceramic materials. This standard is applicable to homogeneous ceramic materials with a room-temperature thermal conductivity greater than 20 W/ (m·K) and a visible porosity of less than 0.2%.
