Scope

This document specifies the evaluation requirements for green factories of hot-rolled H-section steel, including the general principles of evaluation, evaluation requirements, evaluation procedures, and evaluation reports. This document is applicable to the evaluation of green factories of steel joint enterprises and independent steel rolling enterprises that produce hot-rolled H-section steel. For the evaluation of independent steel rolling enterprises, the evaluation should trace back to the raw materials.
