Scope
This standard specifies a spectrophotometric method for determining the erucic acid and glucosinolate content in rapeseed. This standard is applicable to the rapid detection of erucic acid and glucosinolate content in double-low rapeseed and commercial seeds. The minimum detection limit of this method is: erucic acid 0.5%, glucosinolate 10 μmol/g.
