Scope
This standard specifies the general requirements for paper, typesetting, and printing and binding of official documents of party and government organs, the arrangement rules for various elements of official document formats, and provides the format of official documents.
This standard applies to official documents issued by party and government organs at all levels. Other organs and units may refer to and implement it accordingly.
For official documents printed in ethnic minority languages, the requirements for paper, format size, layout, and printing shall be in accordance with this standard. For other aspects, they may refer to this standard and implement them in accordance with relevant regulations.
