Scope
This standard specifies the method for measuring the dimensional changes of metal powders and reference powders after being compacted and sintered under the same conditions (see Chapter 4). This standard is applicable to the measurement of three dimensional changes of metal powders (excluding hard alloy powders) during the molding and sintering processes.
