Scope

1.0.1 In order to promote the development of coal injection technology and ensure that the design of blast furnace coal injection projects achieves better resource and energy utilization, these specifications are formulated. 1.0.2 These specifications are applicable to the design of new, modified, and expanded blast furnace coal injection projects. 1.0.3 The design of blast furnace coal injection projects should conscientiously implement the national steel industry development policies, adhere to the principles of circular economy, improve the level of environmental protection, ensure safe production, and reduce energy consumption and emissions. It should be technologically advanced, economically reasonable, and reliable and practical. 1.0.4 In addition to complying with these specifications, the design of blast furnace coal injection projects shall also comply with the provisions of the current relevant national standards.
