Scope
This standard specifies the measuring tools and their accuracy requirements for the outer edge dimensions of tires (outer tires, inner tubes, and buffers), as well as the measurement conditions, measurement methods, data calculation and processing, and test reports.
This standard applies to all new car tires, truck tires, agricultural tires, construction machinery tires, pneumatic tires for industrial vehicles, and motorcycle tires.
