Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, energy consumption statistical scope, statistical methods, calculation methods, limit values, energy-saving management and measures for the unit energy consumption limit of raw liquor produced by the liquid method. This standard is applicable to liquor production enterprises that use grains or sugars as raw materials to produce raw liquor by the liquid method (converted according to 607-01) for energy consumption calculation, control and assessment, as well as for the access to modification and expansion of production lines.
