Scope

This standard specifies the responsibilities and contents of the start-up and commissioning work for coal-fired flue gas denitrification technology equipment, as well as the requirements for start-up and commissioning work and the quality acceptance and evaluation thereof.
This standard applies to the start-up and commissioning, quality acceptance, and evaluation of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) flue gas denitrification technology equipment for newly built, expanded, and modified coal-fired boilers. The start-up and commissioning, quality acceptance, and evaluation of other flue gas denitrification technology equipment may be implemented with reference to this standard.
