Scope

Scope: This document stipulates the technical requirements for closed-loop control of raw milk production licensing conditions, standardized management of milk stations, and storage and transportation of raw milk. This document applies to the closed-loop control of raw milk production and storage processes in large-scale dairy farms in Ningxia; Main technical content: 3. Terms and definitions: The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Raw milk production: Refers to the process of obtaining raw milk from healthy lactating cows with milking equipment in large-scale dairy farms, and transporting it through metering and pipelines to storage devices for production. 3.2 Raw milk storage: Refers to the process of raw milk stored in milk tanks in milking halls before being loaded onto vehicles and transported to dairy processing enterprises. After extraction, the milk temperature should be reduced to 0°C to 4°C within 2 hours, and the temperature in the tank should be evenly and consistently stirred during storage. 3.3 Raw milk transportation: Refers to the process of dedicated milk tank trucks with raw milk transportation permits transporting raw milk from dairy farms to dairy enterprises under cold chain conditions according to the provisions of the raw milk supply and sales contract. 3.4 Closed-loop control: The entire process of raw milk production, storage, and transportation in large-scale dairy farms is sealed, free from leakage, maintained at a relatively constant temperature, and subject to closed-loop traceability management. 4.
