This standard applies to organizations providing e-commerce logistics services and related entities. Organizations providing bulk commodity e-commerce logistics services may refer to and implement it accordingly. This standard can also serve as a reference for e-commerce platforms or merchants to select, regulate, and manage third-party logistics services.
This standard does not apply to cross-border logistics, cold chain logistics, and pharmaceutical logistics services.
