Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation, storage, and shelf life of eucalyptus oil with a content of 50% 1,8-cineole. This standard applies to eucalyptus oil with a content of 50% 1,8-cineole, which is prepared by refining and purifying blue gum oil or camphor oil to separate out 80% eucalyptus oil, and then refining the by-products of the separation process.
