为在工程建设模板工程施工中贯彻国家安全生产的方针和政策，做到安全生产、技术先进、经济合理、方便适用，制定本规范。本规范适用于建筑施工中现浇混凝土工程模板体系的设计、制作、安装和拆除。进行模板工程的设计和施工时，应从工程实际情况出发，合理选用材料、方案和构造措施；应满足模板在运输、安装和使用过程中的强度、稳定性和刚度要求，并宜优先采用定型化、标准化的模板支架和模板构件。建筑施工模板工程的设计、制作、安装和拆除除应符合本规范的要求外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定
