GB/T 20081.1-2021 Pneumatic fluid power—Compressed air pressure regulators and filter-regulators—Part 1:Main characteristics to be included in literature from suppliers and product-marking requirements

Scope

This document specifies the main characteristics and product marking requirements of pressure relief valves and filtered pressure relief valves included in commercial documents.
This document applies to the following pressure relief valves and filtered pressure relief valves:
——Manually controlled direct-acting type (with or without overflow devices);
——Manually controlled internal pilot type (such as nozzle baffle);
——Externally pilot type.
This document applies to pressure relief valves with a rated inlet pressure not exceeding 2.5 MPa and an outlet adjustment pressure not exceeding 1.6 MPa, and to filtered pressure relief valves with a rated inlet and outlet adjustment pressure not exceeding 1.6 MPa and mechanical methods of descaling.
The rated pressure should be selected in accordance with the recommended pressure specified in GB/T 2346.
Note 1: 1 bar = 0.1 MPa = 105 Pa; 1 MPa = 1 N/mm2.
The rated pressure should be selected from the preferred pressures listed in ISO 2944.
Note 2: The main characteristics related to electrical pressure control valves in commercial documents are specified in ISO 10094-1.
