Scope

This document stipulates the requirements for the design and construction, evaluation, inspection, acceptance, and operation and maintenance of security technical prevention systems for financial institutions in Shanghai City.
This document applies to the construction and management of security technical prevention systems for financial institutions such as banking, securities, insurance, and transaction settlement venues, bank self-service devices, self-service banks, safe deposit boxes, business vaults, and data centers, computer rooms, and network monitoring centers within the administrative area of Shanghai City. Financial holding companies, emerging financial enterprises, and financial outsourcing service units shall implement the construction and management of security technical prevention systems in accordance with this document, and the construction and management of security technical prevention systems for foreign exchange outlets, pawnshops, and auction houses shall refer to this document for implementation.
