HJ 1254-2022 HJ 1254-2022 Technical Guidelines for Self-Monitoring of Emissions by Emission Unit in Brick and Tile Industry
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the general requirements for self-monitoring by wastewater discharge units in the brick and tile industry, the formulation of monitoring plans, and the basic content and requirements for information recording and reporting. This standard applies to self-monitoring by wastewater discharge units in the brick and tile industry during the production and operation phase for air and water pollutants, noise, and the impact on the surrounding environmental quality. This standard applies to self-monitoring in the production process of sintered brick and tile products using clay, shale, coal gangue, and fly ash as the main raw materials, and to the production process of non-sintered brick and tile products using sandstone, fly ash, lime, and cement as the main raw materials. Wastewater discharge units that produce brick and tile products using materials such as silt (silt from rivers, lakes, and oceans), sludge (urban sludge), and construction waste shall refer to this standard for implementation. The self-monitoring requirements for auxiliary power boilers shall be implemented in accordance with HJ 820.
