Scope

This standard establishes the general principles for the rational allocation of electricity and heat in gas steam combined cycle cogeneration, and specifies the calculation method for energy consumption indicators. This standard is applicable to the calculation of energy consumption indicators for heating conditions of gas steam combined cycle cogeneration units without supplementary combustion, and is not applicable during pure condensing power generation.
