GB/T 36237-2018 Wind turbines—Electrical simulation models
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the standard electrical simulation model for wind turbines. IEC 61400-27 specifies the standard electrical simulation model for wind turbines and wind farms. This simulation model is a time-domain positive-sequence simulation model used for power system stability analysis. The model is suitable for dynamic simulation of short-term power system stability. IEC 61400-27 includes a model validation procedure for the electrical simulation model. The test specifications in IEC 61400-21 form the basis for model validation in this standard. IEC 61400-27 consists of two parts within the following scope: -- This standard specifies a dynamic simulation model for common wind turbine topologies, concepts, and configurations available on the market. This standard defines common terms and parameters with the aim of specifying the electrical characteristics at the grid-connected port of wind turbines. The model is described in a modular manner and can be applied to future wind turbine concepts. The reference point of the dynamic simulation model is the output terminal of the wind turbine. The model validation procedure specified in this standard focuses on tests for voltage drops, reference point changes, and grid protection responses as defined in IEC 61400-21. -- IEC 61400-27-2 specifies a dynamic simulation model for common wind farm topologies and configurations available on the market, including wind farm control and auxiliary equipment. In addition, IEC 61400-27-2 specifies modeling methods for future wind farm technologies. The wind farm model uses the wind turbine model specified in this standard. The electrical simulation model specified in IEC 61400-27 is independent of any software simulation tools.
