Scope
This standard specifies the potassium permanganate method and the disodium EDTA complexometric titration method for determining the calcium content in feed. This standard is applicable to the determination of calcium in feed raw materials, compound feed, concentrated feed, supplementary feed, and premixed feed additives. The detection limit of the method in this standard is 0.015%, and the quantitative limit is 0.05%.
